Can I use this product to share 3G connection via WiFi and LAN at the same time or only thru WiFi? I would like to have both notebook and PC's on my 3G card. Thanks.

You can share your 3G connection via Wifi only, there is no LAN Ethernet port on this router, it is so small :)
You can connect your laptop and PC to this router via wireless network.
If there is no wireless network adapter on your desktop PC, we also sell USB wireless adapters in our store.

Preferably, the Huawei E169G would be just perfect so that I can also buy external antennas and or RF amplifier.

Currently we did not sell USB 3G modems in our store, maybe we will source such product soon.
This router works with your Huawei E169G USB 3G modem. But the antenna of this router is internal and not detachable, so you can not connect your own external antennas to it.

I want to be sure if this item support 3G GSM USB Modems?
In the description there is just said that it support - CDMA2000 EVDO, TD-SCDMA, HSPA/WCDMA. But what about 3G GSM? It would be very helpful item for me!
