- Can You please advice what fascillities do you have in terms of providing customer service if the product has problems starting. I have an HD HIMEDIA 600A bought from the Company in China. Now it seems they dont want to know you as noone bothers getting back even after sending numerous emails. Please advice if you guys can help fixing it.

For Himedia HD players, we could provide 3 years quality warranty. Usually we will test the player before we sending out, but if there is quality issue after you receive the item, you can return it to us at any time and we will send you replacement or refund your payment.

- Thanks for the information. I wonder if you could help for a Himedia HD600A originally purchased in Aug 2011 from the Company directly. Believe me I had problems with it since August as it would not proceed any further than being on standby mode. It has been a total waste to import and now the company does not return my emails or advise. Please can you guys help me anyways by getting it fixed and covering it under warranty?

There is Hebrew language option in the subtitle decoding list, but one of our buyers told us that there is problem when display Hebrew subtitle 2 month ago, the letter direction is upside down. I am not sure whether the new firmware fixed this problem yet, we do not have the Hebrew subtitle for test here, so sorry for that.

2. It works with most brand wireless or wired USB keyboard, it is running embedded Linux system. There are several wireless keyboard in our store, you can check for detail information.

1.Can H600A provide component video output at 1080i/60 or 720p/60 ?
2.If answer is affirmative, how to set up componennt video output ?
There is no inormation about component video output setting in the manual.

1. Yes, Himedia HD600A could output videos via component interface (component video cable NOT included), the output resolution is adjustable
2. You just need connect your component video cable to this player and select component video input on your monitor, if you want to change the video resolution, you can go to Video setting page and set there.
Note: for audio output, please check whether there is stereo L/R audio input on your monitor, otherwise, you need extra speaker to output the audio

- I have the system set up according to your instruction and was able to get to the page with all movies on screen. However no matter which movie I select it just would not go on, the page remains as "loading ..., 00.00.00", and then time out to original page or with a message "this movie cannot be played".

1. This player could play almost all media files you through to it, PlayStation 3 can only play some limited format videos.
2. Yes, we post this item to United Kingdom.
3. Usually we mark item as gift and declare low values on the packing to help buyers to avoid tax, but we are not 100% sure for that. Different countries has different regulations. Most of our UK buyers could receive the item without paying any tax.

1. there are several Chinese online TV channels with original firmware, but we are not very sure whether all channels are available overseas.
2. if you know how to hack the firmware, you can customize the online channels yourself.
3. this player is main used to plyaback HD 1080p movies from local hard drive, online function is just an extras.

When the player connect to the TV,then the TV is just used as a monitor.
And you just need to use the HDMI cable connect TV and the player.
The TV do not need to have the internet function.
