1. this device supports .srt/.sub format external subtitles.
2. our supplier did not provide us such information, so we can not list all the supported video formats here. we tested .avi/rm/rmvb/mpg/mkv format movies, this device could play them, but for some high resolution videos (more than 720p), this device can not play them smoothly, it may be some jerky.
If your main purpose it to playing HD movies, we recommended below player:

Have you tested the WEP encryption?

No problem with wireless network ID. After providing the password is not connecting to the internet. However works with WEP encryption.
Also I have to unplug and plug again all the times the HDMI cable from the device to be able to see the home page on the TV screen. It always happen when changing with the tv remote control from HDMI1 to HDMI2 and HDMI2 to HDMI1.

- I bought the FV-1 in Sweden, so I just wanted to know why uredzaj listed as 1080p and is unable to play any 720p, and support does not exist because there is no official firmware, but it interested me, if you can only answer or any suggestions what to I do;)

The main function of this player is running Android system and surf internet, the video decoding performance is not so good. You can try with some low bit rate RMVB files for a try.

If you can find some Android application that allows you to watch online TV channels, you can install to this player and use that application to watch online TV channels.
